Membership is restricted to well-behaved licensed Centricity® EMR users, GE Healthcare employees, and a few very polite consultants and vendors of products supporting Logician. Spamming, flaming, and other impolite behaviors are not tolerated.

This Centricity® Healthcare User Group is not an official organization of GE Healthcare. Questions to GE Healthcare should be put to them directly.

CHUG Committees

All CHUG Committees are open to CHUG users that are interested in participating.

Planning Committee

The Planning committee is chaired by the CHUG President-Elect. They are responsible for working with the Beatty Group in planning each CHUG Conference. Duties include identifying and contacting a Keynote Speaker, reviewing presentations and preparing an agenda for the conferences. The Planning Committee usually meets for an hour the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month on a conference call.

Membership and Recruitment Committee

The Membership and Recruitment Committee is chaired by CHUG Board member, Jane Slayden. They work closely with GE representatives to recruit new Centricity users and inform new users of the information and resources available to them on the Listserve and the CHUG Forum. They currently meet on the first Tuesday of each month.

Website and Listserve Committee

The Website and Listserve Committee is chaired by CHUG Board member, Mitch Kwiatkowski. They are committed to updating and monitoring the CHUG Website and the Listserve.

CHURN

CHURN is the Centricity Healthcare Users Research Network. CHUG Board member John Collins is involved with this committee. One focus of the group is looking how MQIC data can be mined for research and showcasing the research capacity of GE and MQIC.
